When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of your order being placed.
An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent from our nearest warehouse based on your location.

UK, Europe: 7 - 15 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 business days

Q. Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?
A. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been picked up by the courier, please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us on support@asterdk.com and we can update you.

My Item Arrived Broken or Damaged What Can I Do?
Firstly we apologise for any items on your order arriving damaged. Despite our best assurances we know that accidents and damage in transit can happen. To help us fix it, please take some photos and send them, along with your order number, to support@asterdk.com

Once received our team will be in touch with a resolution. We must be notified of any product damage within 48 hours of arrival. Please note we are not responsible for any packaging damage sustained with the courier. Please only contact us if the actual product has sustained damage.

I Ordered 2 or More Items, Why Did I Only Receive One ?
Please note we ship from multiple locations. You may receive one item before the next as we will always ship from the nearest location. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will all get to you !

I Need To Cancel or Change My Order How Do I This?
We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order in transit.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP to see if we can amend this before dispatch. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but the item can be returned for a refund.

Can I Get a Refund or Return?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. After the 30 day return period we do not offer any refunds. In order to get a refund, items must be returned in the condition they were received. This includes the original box along with all accessories.
